Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. -Isaiah 43:5

Good-Bye China, Hello Idaho

We leave Beijing early in the morning 8:20 AM about 6:20 PM your time, and arrive home 5:20 PM your time.
This will be the last post until we arrive back home.

Emma finally had a major meltdown tonight at dinner. We think she was just really tired, we hope. We went back to motel but she would not go to bed until 8:00 tonight.
Hope all goes good tomorrow on the planes and transfers.

See you all soon.

Wow, we are so glad that you are headed home. It seems you've been gone so long. I will be in prayer for you as you travel. Looking forward to seeing you with Emma in your care.

I'm sure she was just tired. Kids just can't help it when they're exhausted and sometimes, Gayla and I at least, have trouble figuring out that tired is the problem until the kid has fallen asleep in a lap or car seat and we look at each other and say "Ahha".

Reminds me of a funny story about the shooting range, my brother the babysitter, a phone call, and a very tired child.
